SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Les Coucous delivers to addresses within the UAE. Shipping time varies depending on the destination. The following options are available for delivery to your requested address:
Domestic Delivery
Orders placed outside working hours (9am-6pm), after the cut-off time, or on any UAE public holiday or Sunday will be considered as placed on the next UAE working day. Order delivery may face delays during promotional activity, sale season and bank holidays — during these times, same-day and next-day delivery may not be available. We reserve the right to impose a re-delivery charge where your Order is not accepted at the address provided to us on the confirmed date of delivery. Please note that orders paid for by Cash on Delivery attract a 25 AED delivery fee.
International Delivery
Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout and vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method. Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days after processing, though this may vary based on your location. Additional charges, such as handling fees, customs duties, or taxes, may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Pre-Order Delivery
The above table of delivery times does not apply to Pre-Orders. Your item will be shipped according to the expected release date, as indicated on the product page of the item.
General Delivery Conditions
Although we are strongly committed to delivering in the timelines estimated in our Order confirmation or displayed on our Website or above, delivery timelines are estimates only and can be affected by factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for failures to deliver for reasons outside our reasonable control, including where you are not available to take delivery of your Order or request postponement.
Address Changes & Tracking
Our Customer Care team will be happy to assist with changing your preferred delivery date and address should you require. However, if you have received an email informing you that your order has been dispatched, we won’t be able to change your address. Please note that a change to an address outside of the original delivery country will not be possible. Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. Delivery confirmation will be available for all shipments.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, please contact our customer support on [email protected] within 48 hours of the delivery date. We will investigate the issue and take appropriate measures, which may include offering a replacement or issuing a refund.
RETURN POLICY
We want you and your littles ones to love your purchase and enjoy your shopping experience with us. However, if you are not 100% satisfied, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the item on [email protected] to initiate the return process.
For damaged or defective products, the request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will then arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference and subject to availability.
Returns will be charged a delivery fee of AED 20 for UAE returns (not applicable on faulty products).
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product for returns and 48 hours for damaged or defective items.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
We can't refund
- Pre-ordered and personilised items.
- Swimwear and underwear.
- Sale items can only be returned for store credit which will be valid for 6 months.
Refund Process
After receiving the item and inspecting the condition, we will process your return. The return processing may take 2 to 3 working days and refund will be credited to your original payment method within 4 to 5 working days. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (except for faulty products).
