Refund policy
We want you and your littles ones to love your purchase and enjoy your shopping experience with us. However, if you are not 100% satisfied, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the item on customercare@lescoucous.com to initiate the return process.
For damaged or defective products, the request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will then arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference and subject to availability.
Returns will be charged a delivery fee of AED 20 for UAE returns (not applicable on faulty products).
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product for returns and 48 hours for damaged or defective items.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
Non-refundable Items
We can't refund the following items:
- Pre-ordered and personalised items.
- Swimwear and underwear.
- Sale items can only be returned for store credit which will be valid for 6 months.
Refund Process
After receiving the item and inspecting the condition, we will process your return. The return processing may take 2 to 3 working days and refund will be credited to your original payment method within 4 to 5 working days. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (except for faulty products).
